How quickly do you respond?
Enquiries received during South African trading hours, Monday to Friday 07:00 to 18:00 SAST, are answered the same day. If the answer is no, you will get that the same day too.
Do you take seller registrations?
Yes. If you are a producer or holder of material in any of the commodities on the desk, use the same form and state clearly what you hold, where it sits and what documentation supports title.
